We employ a team of designers, fully trained to convert your ideas and copy into finished artwork.

The team prides itself on producing excellent designs that will promote your venue, event or product to maximum affect.

Please send as much relavant information as you can including favourable styles and colours.

Is there an image you would like to use? Please tell us!

The more thorough your design brief, the faster we can turn around your artwork.

Proofing your design

We allow you to proof your design quickly and easily online. You'll receive a unique link and password that will allow you to access your artwork via the online proofing page.

Alternatively, we can email a low resolution PDF straight to your inbox.

We can at an extra cost produce colour accurate sherpas and wet proofs if required.

All prices presume a reasonable amount of time to complete the job.

Any time over this assumed time will be charged at an hourly rate.

Designing yourself?

To get the best print quality for your design we recommend supplying all files as a high quality CMYK PFD, with 3mm bleed.

We are also happy to accept files produced in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark Express.

Please ensure that your supplied designmeets the criteria below:

• JPEG, TIFF or PDF
• at least 300 dpi (high resolution)
• 4 colour CMYK (not 3 colour RGB)
• 3mm bleed on each edge of your artwork
• text and logos should be at least 3mm away from the edge of your artwork
• avoid using heavy black coverage over 300% (ideally cyan 40%, magenta 20%, yellow 20%, black 100%)

Proofs

It is preferable that you supply a proof with your files. We need to be able to check your supplied file against your proof.

We cannot take any responsibility for mistakes with your job, however, we may be able to spot them if a proof is supplied.

Supplying files to us

• Online: You can upload your artwork to us via our online service - its quick and easy to use.
• Post: Supply your artwork on CD and post to: UK Flyers, Suite 210, Victory House, Somers Road North, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO1 1PJ.
  Please clearly mark your CDs and include a covering letter with details of your order.
